I would probably have given 4 stars were it not from the noisy guests upstairs? (Or maybe the lack of insulation between the floors?) The units are surprisingly spacious hence well suited if you have a couple of kids. The units themselves seemed clean and in good order & well appointed. My advice is not stay on the lower level ground floor units if you like a peaceful or undisturbed sleep as I could hear it when anyone in the unit above moved their chair (as in sliding their chair back). I could also hear the showers in operation and when water was draining away. The pool is lovely and the check in easy. Only other minor gripe was the beds not having any blankets (except top sheets) I know it's the middle of summer and it's baking at the moment but it's still nice to have a fully made up bed. Not sure if it was an option you could ask for? Maybe check. Great location and very central to the main strip of shops in Lennox Head.

I cannot put into words how DISAPPOINTED we are with our accommodation. To begin, our sea view which we paid extra for, affords you a sliver of sight of the sea on the horizon through trees and other buildings. When raised with management the response was, tough, some people get good views som dont. The main bathroom in our unit was blocked off to us, with a family of 4 all being expected to use an en-suite. When raised with management we were accosted for trying to swindle them for our own convenience. We had the option to pay more for this convenience. Both Steve and Judy were rude, unhelpful, and lack any sort of hospitality which is ironic for being in the hospitality business. My only word of advice is to stay elsewhere or book at your own risk.
