Bought a beautiful wooden doll pram/ walker for my unborn baby girl. I love this shop :) really nice owner too.
Very poor customer service skills. From the moment I walked in the door the owner was judging me, she told me if you don't spend a lot of money on your kids at her shop she will judge you because why even have kids, mind you her prices are ridiculous, $400 for a doll house that you would usually pay $200 for. Then proceeded to tell me she has one child and when I asked if she wanted more or hasn't thought about it she said 'all my friends seem to be having kids and it's never been on my mind to have more, but all my friends have no electricity so they need something else to keep them from being bored so they just pop out heaps of kids'. I absolutely fell in love with a dress in there and even though it was $150 I would have bought it because it was so beautiful, but the fact when I said I would be back to purchase it I just had to get my card off my partner down the road she looked at me stunned as if I couldn't afford that and then said 'what?' 'You want to buy this?' I ended up not purchasing the dress as much as I loved it because I'd rather my money be spend else where on people who genuinely deserve my money, not someone that judges you because your not wearing high class clothes or your hair isn't immaculate because you've just been at the beach. Will not ever go back!
