If you want a deeper level of yoga that goes beyond just the physical exercise of yoga, then try White Lotus. I have been to classes and 2 retreats and found them very fulfilling. The teachers are kind, authentic, knowledgeable,living the yogic way and want to pass what they have learnt onto others. PS. The food on retreats is amazing!
This is a blissful studio to do yoga. The teachers have a holistic approach with attention paid to philosophy and incorporating breathing exercises, postures and relaxation to give you a wonderful experience of yoga. I always walk out feeling great. Perfect for beginners or experienced individuals. A very welcoming space. SO glad to have found this gem!
